     Pinewood Village of Melbourne is located in the south eastern corridor of the City of Melbourne.  Located off  Parkway Drive, Thrush Drive is between Croton and Stewart Drive. Approximately 1/2 mile from the main entrance to Wickham Park. Wickham Park is large public park operated by Brevard County Parks and Recreation.

     Pinewood Village of Melbourne was developed in 1979 by Double H Development Corp and has 120 total homes. The community consists of 87 Single family homes, 15 Duplexes and 1 triplex.

     It was named Pinewood Village because of the all the pine trees on the property when it was developed, as seen by driving by the property, many of the original trees still exist today.

The total property is 8 acres in size and the community offers a clean, crisp pool.
